Information handled by the app

Tyre Lab compares nominal tyre sizes, estimates speedometer changes, converts pressure units and records pressure readings you enter by hand. Calculations run on your device. We do not receive your tyre sizes, pressure readings, mass-check inputs or calculation results. This version has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, in-app purchases, automated crash-reporting SDK or app-operated data collection server. We do not collect or share personal data through the app.

Local storage and retention

The app saves your selected vehicle category, tyre size comparison, preferred pressure unit, manually entered pressure readings and their entry timestamp, and up to 12 named setups in app-local preferences. These values restore your toolkit when you reopen it. Pressure-converter inputs and mass-check inputs are held in memory and are not deliberately saved.

Delete named setups in Garage. Clear manual pressure fields in the readings dialog. You can remove all local app data through your device's app-storage controls or by uninstalling the app. Changing vehicle category or original tyre, or loading a saved setup, clears the current pressure readings. No account or server-side app record exists for us to access or delete.

Permissions, clipboard and external links

Calculations and saved setups work offline. The font and tyre artwork are bundled with the app. Tyre Lab does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, health records or Bluetooth devices. It does not connect to tyre-pressure or temperature sensors.

When you press a Copy button, the app places the selected conversion or comparison results on your device clipboard. Clipboard access and visibility to other software are controlled by your operating system.

If you open a reference source or the hosted privacy policy, your device opens its public URL in a browser. Your entered sizes, pressures, masses and results are not included in these URLs or transmitted to the websites by Tyre Lab. Those websites and your browser follow their own privacy practices. Reading the bundled policy inside the app does not require a website visit.

App stores, operating systems and backups

Your operating system and backup provider may back up or restore local preferences according to your device and account settings. Vasser Studios does not operate a cloud-sync or device-backup service and does not receive these backups. Manage backups through your platform settings.

Google Play, the Apple App Store and your operating system may independently process installation, diagnostic, backup or other device information under their own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy for their services.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer your enquiry and provide support. Microsoft processes correspondence to deliver and store our support email. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising. We retain it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. We may disclose correspondence where required by law. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us; we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children's privacy

This version does not collect personal data through the app from users of any age. It has no accounts, chat, advertising or social network features.

Security and manual readings

Your device's access controls help protect local information. We take reasonable steps to protect support correspondence, but no storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Pressure readings are user-supplied records with an entry timestamp, not live sensor measurements or an assessment of tyre safety.

This policy website

This copy is published on the Vasser Studios portfolio, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection and security information to deliver and protect the website. This website uses Google Analytics with regional consent controls. It has no advertising scripts. You can change your analytics choice using Cookie preferences. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app's features or information practices change. The effective date identifies this version of the policy.
