Learning the lift

See the how-to-play guide for the handle, physical boarding, repairs, upgrades and building unlocks. Releasing the handle docks at the next landing; it does not stop halfway between floors.

A repair will not clear

Check the warning for the assigned crew’s pickup floor and the affected destination. The correct worker must physically exit through that destination’s doorway. An unrelated passenger or an empty lift stop cannot complete the job.

My progress is missing

Completed progress, equipment, coins and preferences are saved locally. There is no account or cloud-save recovery service. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove your save; device backups are managed separately. We cannot access your device’s save remotely.
