Delete Tower Trouble data
From the game
- Open Tower Trouble and tap Settings.
- Choose Delete All Data and confirm.
- If you have used online features, stay connected until deletion finishes.
This removes your local nickname, country choice, settings, saved tower, scores, campaign progress, hidden-player list and pending uploads. Your remote guest, leaderboard score, run records and associated reports are deleted too. The game returns to its first-launch screen. This cannot be undone.
If remote deletion cannot be confirmed, the game retains your profile and deletion credential so you can retry. It does not report success or discard the only credential early.
Request deletion without the app
Use our contact form with the subject "Tower Trouble data deletion request". This requests a support review; it does not delete your data immediately. Include your public nickname, selected country and approximate leaderboard score if known. We may ask for information to verify ownership before removing a record; a nickname alone does not prove ownership.
Anonymous profiles have no recovery login. If the device credential was lost, we may be unable to identify or verify a particular guest. We will explain available options. Never send secret credentials or passwords. Remote deletion cannot erase files on a device we cannot access; use the in-app reset or your operating system's storage controls for local data.
Retention
Best leaderboard scores remain until deletion or moderation. Run evidence expires after seven days; player reports expire after 30 days. Hosting/security providers may retain operational information under their own policies. See the privacy policy for details.
